Presenting our hardwood Iona Lamp base range....

Inspired by a tiny island off the southwest coast of Mull in the Inner Hebrides. Our daughter named Iona is now 10 years old and it was extra special to visit Iona in the summer of 2022 when staying on Mull. So many happy memories!  

All our hardwood Iona lamp bases (measuring 29cm tall x 12.5cm diameter base) have been hand-turned, hand-painted/polished and assembled in our studio in East Lothian, Scotland.

We have chosen to finish the majority of our lamp bases with an ancient organic paint, environmentally friendly, non-toxic, low odour, containing no chemicals, preservatives fungicides or petroleum derivatives.

All our lamp bases have been wired with a UK standard plug and B22 Switched Lampholder. When using our lamp bases we recommend using a short B22 4W/470lm LED bayonet bulb. All our lamp bases have passed a Portable Appliance Test (PAT).
